Favre, the brand’s seventh-generation owner, took control of the family business.

He transformed the family’s small workshop into a full-scale manufacturing unit; employing a staff of over 300 workers. Dr. Henry A. Favre went on to establish branches in London, Yangon, Hamburg, Singapore, Karachi, and New York City. In 2011, the multinational Tata Group of India purchased Favre-Leuba.
