Messika, located at the end of Place Vendôme, has been frequently heard of in the past few years, despite being new in the world of fine jewelry. The Maison was established, by Valérie Messika, in 2005 in Paris. Being a relatively young jewelry designer, Valerie Messika, unlike most other jewelry houses, doesn’t have an ancient family heritage and history linked to her brand.
Nonetheless, diamonds have held a prominent place in the Messika family story, being passed down from father to daughter. André Messika, Valerie’s father, was a renowned diamond merchant from whom she inherited core values related to diamond trading. Later, she moved on to devote more of her time to her passion for jewelry designing. Valerie’s adoration for precious stones earned her a solid place within the market; resulting in the establishment of the Maison Messika.
The brand has been firmly established in Place Vendôme with its impeccable contemporary jewelry creations. Messika jewelry is full of brilliance and temptation. The jewelry collections like the “Snake” necklaces, “Skinny” bracelets, and “Move” rings are distinctive in enhancing feminine grace. The ornaments have exquisite shapes manifesting superb designing and manufacturing of jewelry pieces with astounding expertise.
Valerie Messika offers a modern approach to wearing diamonds. She has a strong ideology of being imaginative and creative in jewelry designing. Her fine jewelry Maison features a blend of timeless and modern stone-setting strategies, using minimal understated designs, presenting the market with highly exclusive creations. The pieces are designed for wearing on all occasions; the jeweler’s keen eye for perfection ensuring that every creation produced is a distinct representation of her vision. She is always working hard to create new-fashioned shapes and designs; blending these traditional stones with a contemporary dressing style.
The Maison, in the last few years, has been fortunate enough to experience remarkable growth in business. This has been largely attributed to its exquisite style of minimal fine jewelry and strong celebrity support including a collaboration with Gigi Hadid.
Whenever the Miller House purchases any ornament of Messika jewelry, it is thoroughly scrutinized for the assessment of the collection, crafting quality, the weight of the gems, and the overall condition of the jewelry piece. Following this, the jewel is sent to our workshop for a complete restoration procedure involving polishing, rhodium plating, and stone resetting, if required. Those pre-owned Messika jewelry pieces are then placed in the display windows of our shop; awaiting your purchase (online or offline)!
