A 18K yellow gold Breguet watch, "Reine de Naple" collection, on a satin bracelet with a 18K yellow gold folding clasp set with diamonds. White mother-of-pearl dial, set with a pear-shaped diamond at 6. Bezel set with diamonds, winder set with a diamond. Skeleton background.

According to the archives of Maison Breguet, this model would be the first wristwatch in the history of watchmaking. Commissioned in 1810 by Caroline Murat, Queen of Naples who gave her name to this legendary watch.
